Abstract

This talk is a wide-angle review of topics related to data driven decision making. Its goal is to provide an integration of analytic and statistical analysis methods, with statistical thinking, and provide a platform for discussion and sharing of experience. The agenda of the talk includes: 1. The COVID-19 WHO dashboard 2. The difference between dashboards and decision support systems 3. The COVID-19 response phases in the Israeli experience 4. Integrating Bayesian networks and structural equation models with health and mobility data from Israel and Italy 5. Some perspectives on models and statistical analysis 6. Information quality 7. Digital twins and the transition to performance engineering.
